If you have been involved in an accident, you will need to contact your insurance agent and then call Kadel's Auto Body 24-hour call center for assistance at 1-888-4-KADELS. Our call center is designed to take care of all of your needs with one phone call. One of our customer support specialists will gladly assist you with towing, estimate appointments, rental car arrangements and any other questions you might have regarding the repair process.
Do I need an appointment?
An appointment is not necessary; however it can cut down on your wait time. To schedule an appointment for any of our locations call our 24-hour call center at 1-888-4-KADELS. How long does it take for an estimate? What does it cost?
The average estimate will take between 15 and 30 minutes for a complete diagnosis of your vehicle. Estimates are free. Can I request an estimate over the internet?
Each repair need is different. Our trained estimators need to view the vehicle up close to assess the damage and provide you with a quality estimate. When do I pay my deductible?
Your deductible is paid to Kadel's Auto Body when your vehicle is completed and you pick it up. We take cash, personal checks up to $500, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. What if I don't have the money to pay my deductible?
We understand that auto body repair can be unexpected and, at times, costly. Kadel's offers a 90-day Same-as-Cash program for qualified applicants through GE Credit. Application time is quick and easy - you can apply at any of our locations and find out in minutes if you are approved. Our financing package even comes with an emergency roadside assistance at no charge. How do I arrange for a rental car?
Whether you or an insurance company is paying for a rental vehicle, our shops will gladly assist in arranging a rental car for you while your car is being repaired. On the day you drop your vehicle for repairs we will have a rental car waiting at the shop. The rental car can be left at our shop when you pick up your fully repaired vehicle. Do you do complete paint jobs?
